Can I share my membership benefits?

Membership benefits are non-transferable and are intended for the use of the enrolled member only.

What happens to unused treatments?

Unused quarterly treatments roll over for up to one quarter. For example, if you don't use your Q1 treatment, it remains available through Q2. Unused treatments do not accumulate beyond one additional quarter.

Is there a commitment period?

Yes, all membership tiers require a 6-month minimum commitment. After the initial 6 months, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, you can change your membership tier at any time. Tier changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Simply contact our office to request an upgrade or downgrade.
